I was shocked when they put me in touch with a technician named Michael so quickly. I am a customer for life after talking to Michael. He spent what I believe was 30 plus minutes helping me to solve the issue over the phone. We discovered that the issue was a Duke Power problem. After we got off the phone, he called me back in a couple minutes after he thought of another idea to get me through the night. This guy really cared about me, never got frustrated, and kept me calm the entire time. Alternative Power is great. What makes them amazing is the fact that they have the awesome employees like Michael working for them!
