  Fantastic service from start to finish. Easy to schedule, arrived on time, reasonably priced, and completed the repair professionally. Overall, they were extremely easy to work with throughout the entire process. The service technicians are well trained, experienced, and provide outstanding customer service. I especially appreciated that they walked through the issue, explained the recommended repair, and provided estimates upfront so there was a clear understanding of the work required and associated costs before any services were performed. I would also highly recommend their annual preventative maintenance program. It’s a great value and helps reduce the risk of unexpected issues throughout the year.

  Great experience for us! First time we used One Hour. They were prompt and courteous. I loved that they sent a text with a picture of the technician that was coming to our house. Dean Smith was fantastic. Super friendly, fixed our issue quickly -- with just moments to spare with our family arriving for a visit. Thank you!!
