  Aiden and Devon were exceptional hard working young men. They worked efficiently and got a hard job finished. They were prompt in arrival, showed me the camera video of drain pipes in the yard that were full of roots and twigs that were causing the drain to back up and soak our basement walls. A few downspout adapters were accidentally broken and they made a trip to Lowe’s to purchase the downspout adapters and replaced them. They were careful around the flower beds. They were both very courteous. They cleared 11 rain downspouts.

  Devan was exceptionally knowledgeable in the matter concerning blocked drains in the yard exiting rain gutters on the house. He found broken pipes that are causing water issues in our basement. He and his helper, Aiden came promptly on time and worked efficiently. They showed me the roots in the pipes with the drain camera. A few rain gutter adapters were accidentally broken and they went to Lowe’s and replaced them promptly. Overall it was a great experience.

  We called Zoom Drain yesterday on the recommendation of our regular plumber after our kitchen sink backed up and he wasn't able to reach the clog. Rob was able to get us on the schedule for today, and we're so glad he did. Devan came out this afternoon, and we honestly can't say enough good things about him or the company. After assessing the problem, he provided an upfront quote, clearly explained our options, and got right to work. When he couldn't reach the clog with the first drain snake, he went back to get a 75-foot snake and then used a camera to make sure the blockage was completely cleared. Throughout the visit, Devan was friendly, professional, and personable. He even took the time to chat with our son about video games while he worked. Although the job ended up taking longer than expected, the quoted price never changed. He completed the work thoroughly, cleaned up everything before he left, and left us with a fully functioning sink. We highly recommend Devan and the entire Zoom Drain team. Their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to doing the job right made for an outstanding experience.

  I called the emergency line on a Saturday as a new customer due to our main line to the street being clogged. The gentleman I spoke with initially, I believe his name was Robert, was friendly and empathetic which left a great first impression. He told me he could have someone out before noon. This timeframe was honored and communication through text and phone call was clear and consistent. Our technician, Evan, was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. As you can see from the image, he really had to deal with some serious crap, but he handled the shituation completely in stride. 😆 He cleared things out for us and explained the process, all at a reasonable price. Zoom Drain knows their stuff when the crap hits the fan, and they will be my first call next time.
