  Really great experience overall from start to finish. Inspection was very thorough with clear pictures of issues found. Quote was very fair and reasonable. Scheduling was easy. The crew did a great job during installation... protected everything with tarps, very clean install, and a great cleanup after. Highly recommend.

  Great service. I called AJ at 4:30 pm and he was out early the next morning. Not only fixed the area where the leak was, but patched up all of the failing nails too. I feel like I have a brand new 11 year old roof. Very satisfied.

  From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding, and the job was completed much faster than I expected without sacrificing quality. Werner was especially great to work with—he was professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, efficient service.

  So of course, I’m always freaked out when someone comes to my front door, but AJ was the exception to the rule. He was very explanatory on what issues I had on my roof, did not have a hard Sale, spent many hours Climbing all over my roof looking for issues. Came down and was extremely honest with what I had going on. I’m in the property management business and have access to many roofers. After working with AJ, we have added him and his company to our preferred vendors list and will continue to use him for years to come. I would highly recommend AJ and Urban Grind Roofing to any of my friends and clients.

  We had an excellent experience with Urban Grind Roofing from start to finish. Communication was outstanding from the very beginning, including the initial inspection. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made everything easy to understand. We worked with Jack Navaroli, who was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive every step of the way. With rain in the forecast, the crew even came out early in the morning to make sure the work was completed before the weather arrived. That level of commitment and customer service really stood out. They also upgraded our pipe boots, giving us extra confidence that potential leak points were properly protected. The crew worked efficiently, did quality work, and left the property clean when they finished.
