We had them install a whole home water filter system a year ago, called last week to have them change the filter and charge over $300 for parts and 15 minutes of labor to complete. They also left a pool of water in my crawl space. The most disturbing thing is that my wife asked twice during the call for a quote and they did not provide, a lesson learned.

Our drains had been clogged for 8 days; we had an unfavorable experience with another local plumber who charged over $600 and did not clear the lines, saying it was our septic backing up. Thompson cleared the line in the least invasive method in less than an hour and charged a fair and honest price for the job. Highly recommended!
