- PRPamela RobSep 2, 20265.0It is rare to find such excellent customer service from the initial phone call to the final fix. Thompson Plumbing is stellar. Jessica runs the office so efficiently, if she says they will be there @ 9am you can set your clock to them being there at 9! Our plumbers, Wes and Nick, were incredibly polite, thorough, and very knowledgeable. We have used them for years and will continue to do so. You can’t go wrong with this company!
- ABAntonina BoyerApr 21, 20265.0amazing service. We called for an issue and they came out within an hour and serviced the well. Gave great advice and tips for maintenance. Couldn’t beat the service. Wont use anyone else ever!!
- ASAndrew ShoomanJan 16, 20252.0Concur with other reviews on here, do a reasonable job but incredibly expensive. We had them install a whole home water filter system a year ago, called last week to have them change the filter and charge over $300 for parts and 15 minutes of labor to complete. They also left a pool of water in my crawl space. The most disturbing thing is that my wife asked twice during the call for a quote and they did not provide, a lesson learned.
- KTKathy TalbottDec 27, 20225.0Best ever Wes is amazing he is an amazing plumber and knowlege he is your main guy !! Thank you wes and thank you , second time here and he is my go to guy
- HPHolly ParkerNov 29, 20225.0Very reliable, fair pricing, and trustworthy. Our drains had been clogged for 8 days; we had an unfavorable experience with another local plumber who charged over $600 and did not clear the lines, saying it was our septic backing up. Thompson cleared the line in the least invasive method in less than an hour and charged a fair and honest price for the job. Highly recommended!
