  Mr. Ed came out to do a diagnostic on my Generac. What a kind, honest and pleasant young man to work with. I would highly recommend him as your service person.

  I appreciated that they worked with me on scheduling. Ed was very friendly and took the time to explain things in a way that I understood. It was almost like a mini class. If I need electrical services in the future, I would definitely want Ed to come back. Unless it was an emergency, I would hold out for him.

  I had a great experience with GB Electrical. Ed was highly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The work was completed in a very timely manner, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend GB Electrical and Ed to anyone looking for quality electrical work.

  GB Electrical is amazing! Ed was our technician, he was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to quickly and effectively solve our problem. He was extremely friendly and awesome with kids (my 3 yr old daughter gained a new friend). GB Electrical as a whole was incredibly professional, super quick to respond, and kept us updated every step of the way. My biggest praise for GB is that they are HONEST - which sadly in this day and age is a very uncommon trait. They gave us multiple options on how to fix the problem varying on price and what we wanted the end result to be, and did not just try to charge the most expensive way to line their pockets. We paid in cash, and did not realize that we had actually overpaid by $50. Instead of keeping it and not saying anything, which most companies would do - GB called us back to inform us that we had overpaid and sent us a check for the difference. Absolutely call them if you have any problems! 10/10 will be using them again next time we need an electrician.
