  Selecting Fabricio Hardwood Floors was the right decision for our full floor replacement needs. From the initial meeting (scope of project, measurements, etc.), to the floor selection process at the showroom, to each member of the installation crew, to the project management team, the quality inspection and review process... start to finish - this was the most professional company and team we've ever experienced providing service in our home. The quality of the material is excellent and the results exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this company and team - and we will not hesitate to seek their services again if/when the need arises.

  Fabricio was amazing to work with. Our new hardwood floors came out great! Better than we hoped. He helped me understand my options, pricing, and even offered professional and polite advice based on his knowledge. Very responsive and excellent communication throughout. He clearly is a hardwood flooring true expert. Highly recommended!

  We contacted Fabricio because we wanted to remove the upstairs carpets of our home and install white oak floors. He was easy to work with and took his time to assess our home and our needs - he even helped us identify a problem with our existing floors. He provided us with a timeline before we started the job and everything was on schedule throughout the process. Our project manager, John, sent us an update everyday and was available whenever we had questions. Everyone from the various teams for the installation and the sanding/finishing was helpful and worked with us to address any concerns or questions. We stopped in to check on the progress everyday and there were no issues. We also appreciated that they put up plastic to address our concerns about containing the dust on the second floor. The overall experience was smooth and easy and we would highly recommend Fabricio Hardwood Flooring Inc.

  Fabricio and his team did an amazing job refinishing and repairing dents/scuffs in our historic hardwood floors. We were amazed at how well they were transformed after years of neglect. Fabricio and his team let us know exactly when they would arrive (and actually be on time!) and were incredibly professional. They were efficient and we felt the value was great for the quality of service!
