  During the heat wave this past week, my upstairs unit couldn't keep up. I called All About Heat & Air in the afternoon, and they came out the next morning. Unfortunately, it was the end of the road for my 17 year old unit. I was presented with multiple choices to replace my unit so I could fit my budget. The process was smooth an easy. All of the folks I interacted with were kind and professional. This is the kind of company you hope you don't have to call, but you're glad they're at the ready when you need them.

  We encountered an issue with our AC during the hottest part of the summer and with guests visiting but All about Heat & Air was available after hours and we were fortunate to have William as our technician. He diagnosed the problem and then worked with us the following day to get the correct parts and install with as little disruption as possible. He explained the issue clearly and in terms so that we could understand as well as provide suggestions on what we could do to optimize the system. Highly recommend William and the team at All about heat & air.

  We could not be more satisfied. Complete AC failure last week during the heat wave. Trinity showed up and quoted 3 options for replacement of a 20+ year old heat pump. While here, he identified a failed capacitor in our second floor compressor and repaired it without a trip charge. He did not try to force us into replacing an almost new smart thermostat. Most importantly, the time between quotation and installation was only 5 days with the July 4th holiday in the middle. The technicians showed up on time and had the entire job done by mid-afternoon. We feel good about our decision to use a locally owned company and our Bosch heat pump is more efficient and quieter than the old unit. My commendation to the management for running a great operation.. (You can tell a lot about a company by looking inside their service vans--clean and organized.) We endorse them completely based upon our experience.

  July 3rd Friday , holiday weekend, heatwave . Our AC stopped cooling the evening before. 87 degrees in our home that morning. Started desperately making calls to ac repair companies. Called 18 companies Most closed for holiday and some booked up for weeks. This company answered the phone said they could get to me on the 4th, about 20 minutes later got a call they could come out in a couple hours! Billy came out diagnosed our issue and had the part to repair it.He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He also gave maintenance to our unit .Very fair price and I will use and recommend this company. So grateful to have found this company!

  This company really made my day. My service man was Trinity. I’m so impressed with their service. I had some black mold and dirt very dirty mini split and it is absolutely perfect now. The technician was incredibly efficient. I originally had “call dad” over for an estimate and it was three times more than what I paid. If you want effective, affordable and efficient service, this is the place to go. I will never use another company other than this one. I would give 10 stars if I could.
