  Miserable in Florida, we decided to move to North Carolina and via watching a YouTube video by a Raleigh real estate couple, discovered Middleton Farms by Ashton Woods. Ken Ward was featured in the video, but by the time we decided to buy there, Ken was no longer there. Wish we could have met him. Jennifer Horn was our Sales Rep., and she was always upbeat and helpful. Everyone Rep./mortgage/builder worked with us to get our home. All this took place while we were still living in Florida. A stressful time for sure! Fabricio is an amazing guy to work with and as a Project Manager has much to juggle in his day, but ALWAYS finds time to answer questions and fix anything we address. Also, the sales office here has people like Tinishia and Maxmillian, who will readily help you if you have questions. The area is beautiful and peaceful! Rural, but there are shopping opportunities in Wilson and Zebulon, and the freeway will take you elsewhere. Medical facilities here are increasing, due to the increase in population. If you are Catholic, there are only two churches you can attend: St. Therese in Wilson and St. Eugene in Wendell. There are others, but not close. Lots of Baptist churches and a Presbyterian and Methodist church that I am aware of. Wiggs Family Restaurant (excellent) is only 4 minutes' drive away as well as a great hardware store. Nice strawberry farm and Farmer's Market down Finch Rd. Zebulon has a Walmart to shop at for groceries. People here are so nice! The air is refreshing, such a wonderful change from the blast furnace we once lived in. Glad we moved here!!

  As a first time homeowner the overall experience has been phenomenal! Ken was so friendly and helpful. He had amazing knowledge of the products and home features. The entire team has made this easy, in an anxious time! The open communication and concerns addressed quickly! And my house is amazing! Can’t wait to meet more of my new neighbors! I would absolutely recommend this community and builder!

  Me and my wife just recently moved to our first house and to be honest, it best experience we could have ask for plus more. We were really blessed to work with the seller Ken Ward and the construction manager Fabricio. When you move into home, most people tell you to be careful because most sellers really just see u as a sale, but Ken was absolutely different. He organized and very clear with what he was telling. He made sure we got our warranties set up, answer everyone of questions as if he was buying the house. He also went over and beyond by taking pics of our new house, giving us a welcome basket, offering time to help us with home decorations ideas, and much more. For our construction manager Fabricio, he constantly checked on us to make sure we were comfortable with how the house with setup and if we needed anything. He also took his time with blue tape to make sure he looked at as a customer would. He even offered us help moving in and much more. We couldn't have asked for better experience. We were truly blessed from the Lord to get this house and to work with these people. We wouldn't want any other home and anyone looking for one should absolutely check these homes out.

  I recently purchased a home in this neighborhood, and I couldn’t be happier with both the community and the entire buying process. From the start, working with Ken made everything smooth and stress-free—he was knowledgeable, communicative, and truly cared about finding the right fit for me. Fabricio, the project manager, was also fantastic—always responsive, professional, and detail-oriented, making sure everything came together perfectly. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, peaceful, and full of friendly neighbors. I’m so glad to call this place home!
