  The average cost to unstop a kitchen sink is about $150. The Technician charged my wife $300 and told her we might need a new garbage disposal when when just had a new disposal installed by a licensed technician 8 months ago. I consider this service a total rip off and wouldn’t recommend your company to anyone. Please consider this as a gift for nothing.

  Adam,Coleman, Christian and the other guys were so awesome. I had some work being done and ended up with a crushed septic tank line. They were very professional and explained the process each step of the way provided pictures of the damage,process, and completion of the job. If I could give them a higher rating than five I would. Definitely highly recommended. Signed a customer for life

  Friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Had them come out for a septic tank service to check on things and pump out the septic tank and pump tank. They inspected the system and gave me some tips on how to keep things going better on my end. For future customers: they work on the dispatch system which prioritizes emergencies. They will tell you that dispatch will call you on a certain day. Just know that doesn't necessarily mean that a technician will be able to come out that day. I personally don't like this approach to scheduling, as it makes things difficult for homeowners that aren't working from home all the time. But now you know how it works. I'm still going to call them again.

  I have always had good service from Quality Service Today. This time was a bit of an exception. I expected quicker service as one of their “preferred” customers due to the service plan I am on. The main drain line from the house was completely clogged and backing up and flowing into the crawlspace under the house. Creating an environmental and health hazard. It took Quality Service a week to come out and start the repairs from the first time I called. That left me without a usable toilet in the house for 7 days, not to mention not being able to use any water (shower, sink, laundry) because the main drain was clogged. Also, they neglected to clean up after themselves in the space; they did not clean up the sewage that had it accumulated under the house; and they ripped some of the liner in my encapsulated crawlspace while doing their work. I expected better from them than that. I do not have a comparison, price wise, but for almost $10K, they should’ve responded more quickly, and definitely cleaned up their mess and the mess I paid almost $10K to have them fix and cleanup. The attached photos are of the mess they left behind in the crawlspace.

  Exceptional work!!!! Heath Moore gets a big thank you. He came out to my home to access the issues. He spent an entire day. He need to dig up many areas related to the septic tank and pipes. He even went under my house to explore any other issues. Then he spent time examining drain pipes and drainage issues in my home. When finished he sat down and detailed what he found. Many of the services I had done and paid for over the years in my home were just bandaids to correct the issue until another popped up. I was shocked as I thought I had piping replaced, which it was not. As a woman and now an elderly woman I realize that many service people take advantage. This was not the case with Quality Service. Health took pictures and explained in detail what would be done. He set up a time and the specialist were here. They spent 2 whole days, even cleaned up after themselves. When project was completed Heath came back out to my home to check that all that promised to be completed was done and done to Quality Service perfection. I am so excited and happy - for years water in my sinks would not quickly drain. Water would fill up and if not careful overflow. Yes, I paid to have such issues taken care of; but, when came back - was charged again and again - never fixing the issues - just putting a bandaid on!!!! Now my sinks and showers drain the way they should. Again, Heath took pictures to make sure all was completed and completed correctly. Thank you Quality Service
