  We needed our septic tank pumped. The customer service was excellent. Very clear and good communication provided, all the technicians were timely and respectful.quick and easy finance options provided. I would give 5 stars but we thought the price for pumping, digging and risers installed was a bit overpriced at a little over $4,000 we are great full we were able to finance and have the service provided.

  Do not contact this company. They will bait and switch you!! They claim that they do free estimates but charged me $650 to tell me I have ants in my electrical box. No fix provided the day of but rest assured that they quoted me $2500 for a full replacement on my electric box. Please note that everything they said was wrong is working 100% fine now. No work complete at all!! Also I would like to quote their staff. After I asked to speak with a manager they stated “they will not talk to you”. So just know if you have any issue with this company the managers will have nothing to do with you after they rob you of $650 even though they offer free quotes! Also please note that the employees would not even provide me with the name of their manager. If you ever had work done by this company and they quoted you for a full replacement they most likely did work that was not required. They make it sounds good until the issues they quoted magically disappears and nothing is wrong! I have to give them credit where credit is due though! Even if their technicians are wrong(with proof) they will stand by there technicians. Glad to know people back their employees! I have not seen that in a while.

  Hunter Graves saved the day for me. I came home from vacation and my well was spraying water everywhere. My well pump went out. He came out and let me know what needed to be done and gave me all of my options to choose from. Customer service was top notch, excellent communication and feedback and always asked if I have any other questions. I am pleased with the outcome and I am so glad I have a membership with Quality Service. Thanks again!

  Extraordinary! Christian arrived at my home in a quick and timely manner. Fully inspected my plumbing situation by crawling underneath the house, examining older pipeworks and connections, and reviewing some exterior problem areas. Christian then sat with me and carefully explained all recommended work. He answered ALL questions clearly and concisely, making certain I understood the work needed. EXCEPTIONAL!!!   Adam was the absolute best, he was thorough with his communication when I was totally panicked his professionalism and calm attitude was contagious. Knowing he wouldn’t be getting paid for the repairs needed (since we have a class 5 septic) Adam still worked diligently to sort out the chaos of the previous owners lack of communication with a company specializing in our type of system, who could properly service our rare and bizarre system Installed on our yard, all of this mind you with the absolute patience of a saint and problem solving like it was an issue happening at his own home. 10 stars for going extremely above and beyond, 99% of people would have been like “deuces idk good luck”…. really rare to find genuine customer service and just good people, being good and helpful just because they can, excellent use of free will. All our rentals will be transferring to this service and telling all of my friends and family how GENUINELY IMPRESSED we were on the free septic masterclass. Thank you Adam from “Quality Service Today Plumbing & Septic”, you guys definitely earned that title, even the receptionist we spoke with was super calming and a total sweet heart. If you need an emergency plumbing or septic service call them you absolutely will not regret it!!!!!!!!!
