  We are having fence installed and needed our septic field marked. We scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. Tuesday came around at the end of the day they told us the tech couldn't make it today and had to reschedule to Wednesday. Wednesday we waited and waited and again they said they weren't going to make it today and wanted to reschedule for the first appointment Friday. Well it's now 845 am Friday and they told me the tech was at their first appointment even though we were supposed to be first. We pushed back our vacation departure time for this. Extremely poor service.

  Setting appt was easy, technician was very nice and informative. Company wanted $464.00 in install a bedroom bath sink drain. Upcharge me for reconnecting the PVC joints was $747.00 ??!! And then trying to get me to change my existing faucets on double vanity, for over $1k. I meant to contact a local Cary Plumbing but google search had them listed first, my error in not going local. Tech was nice enough to not charge me $65 for a visit, but this is a total scam company that goads the customer. Not even holiday rates on 9/4/26 Friday so god help the customer if it was a critical issue or a holiday/weekend. Run away!!

  Quality Service Today sent Hunter out to help us after a tremendous lightning strike hit a tall sweet gum tree near our well, leaving us with no water and great concern about what repairs would be needed. Hunter is an expert technician in multiple fields and methodically diagnosed the problem and got us our water back in record time! At every point he asked if there were questions and gave excellent clear explanations. Fortunately there was no damage to the well. Hunter then tested the well water and explained options for improving the well water that are much better than anything else I’ve heard. He was very kind and also brave. He was surprised by a huge (startling but not venomous) snake in the crawlspace and kept right on with the repairs. Highly recommend this company. And if you’re really worried ask them to send Hunter!!

  I’d give them six stars if I could! I had a leaky shower that caused water to leak into my downstairs pantry, and I had an excellent experience with Quality Service Today from start to finish. The customer service was great, and our technician, Alex, was absolutely awesome. He arrived promptly and was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough. Alex didn’t just focus on the immediate shower leak. He took the time to inspect the plumbing throughout my home to make sure there weren’t any other issues that needed attention or remediation. He thoroughly explained what was happening, what could have caused the problem, and gave me his best recommendations for properly fixing and remediating the issue. I especially appreciated that he never made me feel rushed. He took his time, answered all of my questions, made sure I understood my options, and did excellent work. This is the kind of service you hope to receive when dealing with an unexpected plumbing problem. I highly recommend Quality Service Today, and especially Alex. I would absolutely use them again. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

  I had to have some plumbing work done today because my water hose was completely fused to the outdoor spigot. I also had a leak above the spigot, and the pipe was extending too far out from the house. Christian came out and did an AMAZING job! He truly exceeded my expectations. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and polite. He took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail and made sure the job was done right. I’m very impressed with the quality of his work and the overall experience. I was also excited to learn that this company offers many other services beyond plumbing. I will definitely be using them time and time again for future projects. If you’re looking for someone who is experienced, professional, and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Christian and this company!
