  3 blower wheels within the last 4 years. Appointment on Tuesday of this week that resulted in them saying they would order a new blower wheel due to an alleged manufacturer issue, here it is Saturday with still no AC, extreme temps, and kids in the home. I also pay for their maintenance plan, it would seem like I would be priority. Update: still waiting on a part for now 1 week

  Excellent Service and Professionalism!! I had a great experience with Trace. He arrived on time, explained the work to be completed and performed each task very skillful and attention to detail. I highly recommend MTB Mechanical they have always provided me with skilled mechanical services.

  Charles Johnson, our tech, was on time and quick. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained his work. One of the best HVAC techs we’ve ever had. We hope to have him back for the winter service.

  Today we had our servicing done by Eric Melo and he was awesome. Got right to work and was in and out in no time. During the visit, he kept me informed of everything going on throughout and any changes/replacements we would need to keep our system running properly. Nothing but professional out of him and hope we get him every time!

  We were very pleased with our experience with Mason (of MTB Mechanical) who diagnosed the problem and repaired our A/C. He was so polite, knowledgeable and explained things very well. He even went above and beyond to help us out. He gave excellent service!
