  New technician, Kadar, was very polite, prompt, and professional … I liked how he checked our overflow drain with a bottle of water and he reported back how all of our pressures, volts, and flows were all fine … I could tell he was very thorough on both of our systems … MTB Mechanical is the best

  This is our second seasonal changeover maintenance since moving into our newly built home. We were extremely fortunate to have the same technician. Chandler is a professional and personable technician. He's very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. The office staff I have spoken with are all friendly as well. MTB is dependable and always arrive on time.

  Great service and a smooth experience! The technician was professional, thorough, and completed our annual heat maintenance efficiently to prepare us for the upcoming fall/winter season. They explained everything clearly and made sure the system was running properly. Highly recommend! Oh and get the MX plan…it is worth it :)

  Called yesterday and came right out this morning. Diagnosed my problem with my AC and fixed it. Very professional and most knowledgeable HVAC technician. Appreciate his detailed explanations, advise (which I requested) and getting the job done.

  On September 23, 2026, in the afternoon, I was traveling in Matthews, North Carolina, when a vehicle operated by the company's driver accelerated aggressively and forced me off the roadway during a lawful merge. This conduct created an imminent risk of serious bodily injury or death, and only by the grace of God did no collision or harm occur.
