- CHCourtney Herr2 days ago5.0I was very pleased with our experience with Byrum. I had to call them when our normal company suddenly went MIA. The online scheduling was easy and I was able to get an appointment the next business day. The technician was friendly and professional. We were having an intermittent problem with our zone dampers and I was confident in the plan the tech had to move forward. He didn't push an unnecessary repair and the diagnostic charge was very reasonable. We will be switching to this company to do our regular maintenance.

- SMShawn MurrayAug 3, 20265.0We had an issue with our air conditioning. Upon calling Byrum Heating and A/C I spoke to the dispatcher. He was very helpful in getting our appt scheduled with our technician. I received a text and email letting me know our technician was on his way in the time frame I was given. Our technician Hunter was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining an issue with the blower motor. He cleaned our hvac after he was done and let us know what to expect next. We are waiting on new blower motor to come in but overall really happy with the experience so far with Hunter and Bryum Heating and A/C!
- BCB. CAug 1, 20263.0Very knowledgeable and kind technician. The only hiccup/surprise was that we were not made aware, at all, that we had to pay for a service call for an estimate. Our appt was for an estimate only. The fee was not listed anywhere on the appt scheduler, nor did we ever get a phone call or a text advising us that a $90 service call was going to be charged to us. Poor communication from head office and quite frankly ambush billing.

I was told the ducts were in great shape, however one technician said to me a couple of months ago, that they were not and would cost me over 5k to redo. Also my home is dustier than ever and one of the rooms has a weird smell. I replaced my hvac back in October 2025, and now they are not responding back to my request, to get another technician to look at the ducts of the room that has a weird odor so I can find the root cause etc .
