  I rented 35ft Boom Lift couple times for a day...never had any issues with lift operations as well as customer service...easy quick in n out once u r in their system... They beat everyone's rental price for sure. Thanks 👍

  These guys have EVERYTHING! I rented an aerial lift. Even though it didn't end up working for my situation, Michael did everything he could to help me out. I'll definitely be back the next time I need a rental.

  Rented equipment from this company for a job in Asheville and had a terrible experience. The machine failed approximately two hours into use, leaving me unable to complete the job. I immediately contacted the company and was told it sounded like a failed capacitor. While equipment can break, what disappointed me most was the response from management. Rather than showing concern for the inconvenience, lost time, and additional travel costs caused by their equipment failure, I was met with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude. Would not issue refund either. Because the machine failed, I completed only a small portion of the project and was forced to reschedule work, make additional trips, and absorb the resulting costs. Customers rent equipment because they expect it to function properly. When it doesn’t, customer service matters. Unfortunately, this company failed on both counts. I cannot recommend renting from this company based on my experience.
