My technician was Michael Nivens, a very professional courteous young man, who showed up on at my house at the end of his shift and was supposed to only tell me what I was looking at for the cost of the repairs, but Michael called his boss told him what I had going on and agreed to stay and fix it, several hours later my home was cooling down thanks to his excellent work. Native Air is an awesome company; no hidden fees, I paid what I was quoted at the start of the job, and Michale cleaned up so well you’d never know he was there. Native Air is now my go to for all my HVAC needs.
