  This company frequently undercuts other contractors by not pulling permits and meeting NC Mechanical & Electrical codes. They will give you a "good cash price" by not pulling legally required permits and having their jobs inspected, and god knows what other shortcuts they are willing to allow. They have been reported to NC Plumbing & Heating board and local municipalities for their illegal work. They have also been reported to NC DOR for that "good cash price". This company is operating as if they are Jack in a pickup truck, I would rather not solicit their business.

  We had a question regarding our new AC/Heating unit and the lady who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. She asked us to get her the model number of our unit to see what kind of unit it was and helped us over the phone without even charging us a dime. It’s nice that companies take the time to be helpful. Thanks for your help, I’ll be sure to let everyone know of your kindness!

  My heating and air system decided to stop blowing air through the house and with a little research I had narrowed down likely suspects for the cause of the issue. I called Bunn's Heating and Air and they sent out a service technician named Michael who was very courteous and professional. He spent a few minutes checking my unit and informed me of the repair needed, a bad blower motor, and then gave me the total estimated cost. I was pleased to find while diagnosing the problem he had already pulled the bad motor and the cost of the repair was exactly within range of what to expect to pay for a bad blower motor. This is my only experience with this company but based on this experience I will be a lifetime customer for all my heating and air needs. Great service and the prices are exactly at the right range for what you should expect to pay, fantastic company.
