We noticed a leak in our basement wall at the septic pipe, Spud's sent someone to diagnose within the same day and had it fixed in 24 hours. Andrew and Steven were great, efficient, friendly. Important to note that I told them I unclocked the outside basement door for them when they got there. When they left I went into the basement to lock the door, and they had already locked it on their way out. That honestly stood out the most, we will always use y'all moving forward when needed. (No offense, hope no time soon!)

Bought a 12x28 building to turn it into a “tiny house”, didn’t put a lot of thought into who was going to plumb or wire it. I knew I was going to do the framing and layout. Came time for a plumber and I thought “ man I’ll never get anyone to touch this”, I saw Spuds ad on Facebook, it was like they knew I needed a plumber. Sent a message and within an hour got a response and an appointment. Austin came out and looked at my layout and what I needed/wanted and he said “we can make this work”. He had me a quote within 24 hours and an appointment to rough it in a few weeks later. It was hot as hell on a pitchfork but Austin and his crew worked about 6-7 hours in that sweltering tiny house until it was done! Highly recommended!
