They helped us choose styles and colors that complement the house The doors came in earlier than anticipated. Karen from the office is amazing to deal with. She is on top of everything. We had to reschedule the install because weather didn’t allow them to finish the job the prior day. She stayed on top of it and alerted us ahead of time that there was a potential problem. The crew got here early and was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Unlike so many contractors we’ve dealt with they cleaned up every bit of trash and were proactive about potential problems. I’ve known people who have had these products installed and rave about them years later. We have a house full of old Anderson windows and use them to install a few more recently. It’s been quite the opposite experience. While they seem to be living on their reputation, Window World is creating a stellar reputation day by day job by job. We look forward to our next project with them.
