  Needed an emergency callout on a Sunday before a planned trip. Hunter was there in 30 minutes and was courteous, knowledgable and very thorough. Explained what the issue was and resolved it to our satisfaction so we could continue with our trip. Kudos to company and staff!

  Dixon's is the best!!! Al comes right out and usually fixes the issue same day or if a full replacement is needed Chris is right behind him! We truly appreciate the hard work Dixon's does for us and all 8 of our local stores 🫶🎉

  Dixon Service Company was very efficient in their annual service. Dixon Service rep, Jackson, was especially well prepared and thorough in his maintenance program, answered all my questions, provided solid suggestions and made some tweaks to enhance unit efficiency without charging.

  Jackson came out to complete our yearly maintenance on our HVAC unit. He was on time and took the time to explain everything he was going to be completing and checking for to make sure our system ran smoothly the whole year. I am pretty handy, but living in the south I do not mess when it comes to the HVAC unit. This is the lifeline of the house (esp in summer) and I do not want the whole family turning on me if something goes wrong when it is 120 degrees and the system decides to stop. He was very professional and ran through all the checks with me during and after it was completed. Thank you again for being our trusted service and we will see you again next year. Thank you!
