  If you have a well, you know. Problem solving and troubleshooting is like finding a needle in a haystack. And no water means STRESS. Joey and his team are second to none (and I’ve worked with the rest). I’ll never call anyone else when I have a problem. Thanks Joey!!

  This company performed an inspection for the well of a home I was purchasing. They recommended replacing the pressure switch and gauge and adding insulation. The quote they gave me was $375. For my loan, I needed these repairs to be complete, so I reached out to schedule the work and referenced the quote and the inspection during scheduling. The morning of the repair, I got a call from the tech confirming my repairs. I remember saying, “I’m driving right now, but just the items that were in the quote.” Later that day, I got an invoice for $1544.67. When I reached out, they said that, because my realtor had reached out separately two weeks prior asking about the cost to replace the whole pressure tank for our negotiations, they decided to just replace the entire system. In their correspondence with my realtor, which I was not copied on or privy to, they even said that the tank did not need to be replaced. When I asked how much it would be to get my old tank back, the initial reply was “why don’t you just pay in installments?”. There was never once an apology or attempt to make the situation right. No acknowledgment of a miscommunication or literally any accountability at all. As a professional in the construction industry myself, I would be embarrassed and appalled by the behavior, callousness, and inability to communicate like this by anyone on my staff. As a small business, I understand the importance of a review and I do not post this lightly or without consideration. Be warned, a quote from this company means nothing and if you are in a situation that can be exploited, they will leverage that in their favor.

  This is the only Company I would use, we were out of water, our pump went out. Within 2 hours there was a truck in our yard and they put in a new well pump. I recommend them to all my friends. They are all fantastic people.
