- JBJohn Brown4 days ago5.0Wednesday evening my AC stopped working. I called S.A. Sloop around 9:30 and was given a time someone would be able to come to my house. Jimmy came around 1 a.m. to discover the system was frozen. Nothing could be done until the frozen elements melted. He arranged for someone to come to my house on Thursday morning. Matthew Hunter arrived as scheduled at 11 a.m. He was able to analyze the situation, and very soon I had cool air again. Both Jimmy and Hunter were quite knowledgeable. I appreciated their timely assistance, their pleasing personalities, and gentlemanly behavior.
- JHjannifer hatfield4 days ago1.0I had my HVAC installed on Friday. The installer didn't have the thermostat I had ordered and used my old one and said that they will call me to install the new thermostat. Friday night the AC went down to 53 degrees and stayed there all weekend. I called the service tech on Sunday and he said sounds like it was wired wrong but call the office Monday. I called Monday morning. It was still 53 degrees in the house. I had tried seeing if my thermostat worked I had it up to 79 but nothing worked it never shut off. I thought well i will shut it off and the heat came on. When i slid it to heat the unit shut off. Another tech came out at 3pm and stayed until 8pm on Monday. He was working the entire time on wiring. When he left we had no AC at all. I called Tuesday and they sent another tech out at 9am and he stayed until 12pm. Said he fixed it. Well nope he hadn't. We still didn't have AC. I called Wednesday and another tech came out at 2pm and left at 5:30pm. The AC is kinda working but not really 100%. Said he had to remove one of the boards bc it was causing heat and air to come on. I will say that all the techs have been very nice but still no call from management at all. I feel they need to replace the HVAC unit because the first tech really messed it up. I am really disappointed. This is not a cheap unit this is 14k and I still don't have it 100%. At this point I do not recommend them. I hate saying that because I had such high hopes.

- MMmaureenJun 23, 20265.0My upstairs air conditioner went out and i had a technician out there at noon the following day. Thankfully it was only a part which needed to be replaced. Mike was wonderful!! he was on time, explained everything to me and even went an extra mile to reset the pump switch of the other unit under the house after i mentioned my concern about no water coming out of that condensation pipe. First time using S.A. Sloop Heating/Cooling and i will definitely use them again. They showed genuine concern and fixed the problem all within a reasonable rate.
