He also told me about a yearly maintenance plan that they offer, which I will be getting in the next week or so. Well worth calling them first if you're having any AC issues.

They then sent another technician and the lead tech out to rip the whole system apart and thoroughly check it. They all did an awesome job and I would recommend them 10 fold for anyone needing service!
