- TWT W6 days ago5.0Technician Michael came out to diagnosis our AC unit. Very prompt, polite, and knowledgable. Quick diagnoses and great personality. Very professional. Thank you so much for everything.
- SBSharon BrothersSep 24, 20265.0S. A. Sloop has maintained our HVAC for more years than I can remember and has always done an excellent job. We highly recommend them. Great people to work with.
- JMJ MillerSep 24, 20265.0Excellent experience having our seasonal maintenance done. Michael was very professional and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. Each step of the maintenance he explained what he was going to do and then explained what the outcome was. When a part was found that exhibited less than perfect performance, he explained what it was and what might happen in the future if it failed, then left the decision to me if I wanted to replace the component. I did have it replaced and it was done quickly and at a price that I considered reasonable. I will definitely continue to do business with S. A. Sloop.
- WSWendy SmithSep 20, 20265.0Hunter was the technician that came out last week when our unit wasn't working properly. He had the air fixed quickly. He took the time to show me the problem with the unit and explain it. Thanks to Hunter!! Highly recommend SA Sloop.
