  I scheduled an appointment to fix a garage door that wouldn't open, with a window of 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on a Thursday. Wednesday morning, I got a missed call and a text from "Parker" saying, "Can you give me a call when you get a chance regarding your appt tomorrow." I called him back. No answer. Then I texted him that I'd tried calling. Two hours after his call, I got a reminder text confirming my 12:00–4:00 p.m. appointment for Thursday. At 10:15 a.m. Thursday, my video doorbell caught someone I assume was Parker at my door. Almost TWO HOURS before my scheduled window even started. I was at a dental appointment, which is exactly why I'd scheduled the afternoon slot. I immediately called the office to let them know I was on my way home. The rep said he would try to reach the technician. About an hour later, I got a call saying the technician had already moved on to another job across town, and I'd need to reschedule for NEXT WEEK. No explanation. No apology. They treated me like I was the one who didn't honor the appointment! Who does that?? Luckily, I found another company that came out the same day and was far easier to deal with.

  The tech (Rousseau) was great. Solved our problem and did it in the most cost effective way possible. Would definitely call again.
