  The entire process of raising the breezeway was easy. From the inspection to when Caleb gave me the final tour and explanation of what and how they accomplished the project i was kept in the loop.

  The two gentlemen that had to perform this work in a very very cramped environment did excellent work. All the work was explained throughly both verbally and with excellent photos. An excellent job. Thank you.

  Paul Stubs and his assistant Zach inspected the crawlspace of my home, took lots of photos, and clearly explained the problems and their proposed solutions. I had lots of questions, and they answered them all. They drew up a proposal for encapsulating the crawlspace and installing a dehumidifier, and it was very competitive. They were very pleasant to work with and quite knowledgeable.

  Met a tech on site August 14th, was supposed to have the written estimate sent to me the following week. It's been one month, 3 phone calls, and still no estimate.

  My wife and I found Groundworks (formally TarHeel Basement) to be a 5-star company. Nick, Hunter and Keigan definitely contribute to their company’s success. These guys were very professional, skillful, respectful, and highly informative about the encapsulation process. From the beginning to the end they demonstrated expertise in completing our crawlspace project. Nick is a person of great knowledge and answered all of our questions with ease. Any issue identified was well communicated and resolved. They were great at cleaning up everything! I was impressed that they all three came to the door with introductions and individual handshakes. Our review is based on their professionalism, ability to get the job done with our satisfaction, clear communication, and their kindness. They did an excellent job for us!
