Considering it occurred on a Saturday evening in the Outer Banks in summer, we expected a Monday response at earliest but were extremely happy with the Sunday morning repairs by a cheerful plumber who quickly repaired the sizable break in the water line. Extremely satisfied.

When I called I was told they didn’t have anyone to send and the next available appointment wasn’t for two additional days and that was the only option. It was 90 and I had no AC. They don’t care about their customers at all.

We have a baby and could not stay if we could not get the AC running again. I called R.A. Hoy as they were closing for the holiday but they wanted to make the baby was OK. They came out and fixed the AC unit within a very short period of time. They were awesome, they were concerned about my family and they saved our vacation! Thank you to all the R.A. Hoy team!
