Wanted over 200 dollars for a part to that's less than 20 and maybe 3 minutes to put it in, when they were already here for the preventative maintenance. Absolutely outrageous upsell. Get their feet in the door to rip the customer off, Keep in mind ,, they where already paid to be here, so travel etc was already paid. This was the up charge ,, As for warrantee .. at those prices they are saying they know it will fail,

They quickly diagnosed the issue with my noisy old unit and clearly explained my options without any pressure. John was the best we highly recommend him!!
