I wanted to let everyone out there in the Pilot Mountain, NC (PM) and surrounding areas know about a recent big plumbing job my wife and I had done on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026. Sorry for the long review. Summary of me: I direct a great team in the creation of Advertising for An Automotive group with 17 Stores in three States. TV, Print, Website, Social Media, POS materials within the dealerships, etc.. I've been with this auto group for 40 years. I live, eat, know "process". With deadliones, you need to be a "process" person. Our Plumbing Task: To hook our home up to the municipal water supply from PM, and then replace all the old copper piping within the home. Every water outlet. Under the sinks, the toilets, the showers, replace all with a new water heater, fix a couple of leaks we inherited when we purchased the home, and leave our two outside hose bibs connected to the well, and install a new water filter after a test of the PM City Water. To say this was a Huge undertaking is putting in mildly, at least in my wife's and my minds. Must admit, we both had some anxieties the night before. To say I was impressed at the end of the day is not a powerful enough word. The crew: Cameron (SVC MGR-Lead Person), Mo, Jacob and Jamison. I'll describe their work this way Precision, Disciplined, Thorough. When I would ask a question, Cameron would explain in "non-plumbing speak", so even I could understand. The team was GREAT. Arrived on time. Actually about ten minutes ahead of time. I'm a punctual guy, so started the early morning correctly for me are far as my mind was concerned. Cameron even called to let us know the team was about 20 minutes out til arrival. Just unbeleivable. WORK: They had to dig a trench from the meter to the house. Like clockwork. Two of them working together outside while the other two were in the house systematically disassembling the copper pipes, drilling holes for the new PEX piping and all new valves, putting a new water line in for the fridge, the clothes washer, a new water heater, etc. No wasted time or movement. Precision. The whole team had GREAT attitudes. They were light during the day, talking, joking among themselves, but still very driven, following Cameron's lead. Once they turned on the water, Cameron himself checked on every outlet. Their precision showed their experience with what they needed to do, and truly showed the care they have for their trade, their actual work, ultimately to their client, my wife and I. I'll sum it up this way: Unbelievable Professionalism. I was compelled to call the owner of Countyline, left a message on his cell phone. He called me back and told him what I have written here. The Bottom line: My wife told Cameron she found her plumbing company. The "Wife Seal of Approval", and mine also. Any opportunities for plumbing in the future, one name only for us, Countyline Plumbing. I highly recommend them for any plumbing jobs/opportunities you may have. Large or small.
