  If I could give 10 stars I would. I sincerely recommend County Line for any job you need done with promptness and professionalism. I appreciated their quick thinking and pricing is fair.

  1-Star Review We had an emergency plumbing issue involving a burst pipe and contacted County Line Plumbing because of their excellent reviews. When I called, I was informed that the weekend/after-hours/holiday service call fee was $250 just for a technician to come out and assess the issue. Given the emergency, I understood and agreed to the charge. The representative I spoke with was very kind and assured me that a service technician would arrive within approximately an hour and a half. However, after two hours passed with no communication, then three, then four, and eventually eight hours, no technician had arrived and no one had contacted me. When I finally called back, I was told that because I had missed a call from an unknown number—which did not leave a voicemail, send a text message, or make any attempt to identify themselves—they would not be able to service the call until two days later. For a company advertising emergency plumbing services, this level of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. Emergencies require proactive communication, especially when customers are waiting on a burst pipe situation. A simple voicemail or text message could have prevented the entire issue. While the office staff was polite, the overall experience was unprofessional and left us without assistance during a plumbing emergency when we needed help the most.

  Cameron and Mo are my superheroes! Professional, friendly, and effective. I had some issues and they analyzed my problems, presented solutions and were timely and effective in solving the problems. I am so grateful for the service and their skilled abilities. The work they did was well designed and space effective.

  They came out very quick and communicated with me the entire time when weather delayed us but they knew our project needed to be done ASAP. Very fair and up front pricing will be using for any plumbing needs!
