  We could not be happier with our experience working with SAGA. We spent the past six months looking at homes to build or buy on the Outer Banks and quickly came to the conclusion that we wouldn't be happy with any other builder. We love their style and we are so happy with our new home!

  I have been working with the SAGA Team for about five years and found them to be not only professional but fair. The Subcontractors that I've used completed my projects on time and within budget. I would not hesitate to suggest a friend use them.

  We rented one of your homes last week at the Outer Banks. Beautiful home but needing repairs and not even five months old. Appliances needed repair, could not use ice machine in freezer or ground level. Grouting left out of tile work in bathroom. Nails exposed on stairs. Leak in pool. Decor in childrens room not practical. What's with the big bunny in corner that we had to put in closet in another room until we left. I think for what we paid I just expected better. Stairs to beach access got really hot during day. Great idea, no wasted space. Parking is tight for large vehicle. Other areas of house were great! Would rent again after repairs.

  I have had a business relationship with the ownership of SAGA construction for the past five years. At all times they have conducted their business dealings with me using the highest standards of integrity, customer service, and promptness. They have always been very upfront with me in regards to setting expectations, and always followed through on their commitments. It has been nothing but a pleasure working with SAGA and I would have no hesitation to refer anyone to them for a home!
