  Walter came to my home to check my AC system. He said it had been set below 68 and froze. Phil, the manager, also came to check things out. They serviced the system and have it running perfectly. I am very impressed that Walter called and explained everything they did to get the system working properly again. I have not received a bill yet so I cannot comment about the price.

  Matthew Kemmerling and Donald Etheridge did a fabulous job for us with our maintenance check! They were on time, polite, informative and efficient. I would recommend them and One Hour HVAC for all things HVAC in the Outer Banks. DJZ

  Matt was on time and professional. He diagnosed the problem and had my unit up and running in a matter of two hours. I have a service plan, which is money well spent.

  Good morning, thank you did a great job except for the hundred degree heat lol. Please do me a favor. They did not leave a manual for the thermostat and I can figure out how to set it but if it’s a Wi-Fi unit, I want to set it up for my phone. Thank you again.
