A big shout out to Rick, Josh, and Wayne. If you are able to, I would highly recommend looking at the Anderson conversion windows. If your current window frames are in good shape this is the way to go. Thanks again

I visited with my builder to select windows for my new home, and the service we received from Robert was unacceptable. He was dismissive and spoke to my builder as if he were incompetent, making it clear he didn’t value our business or time. We ended up leaving and going to Kempsville instead, where the difference in customer service was night and day. I would not recommend Kellogg based on this experience. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, they missed the mark.

Rick was able to repair the primary problem (difficulty opening/closing the door) on the spot! He also advised as to a few additional minor repairs that will further extend the lifespan of the door. We'll be contracting with Kellogg to make those repairs. We are grateful for Rick's skill and his honesty, which saved us a bundle!
