  UPDATE- I talked with Jackson and he was able to explain to me their company and that there was miscommunication within the company. He said he will address it and also talked about some good his company has done for the community. I appreciate him taking accountability for the issue and addressing it. I also believe in forgiveness and allowing companies to own up to mistakes. I already signed an agreement with another company but I will give Sutton another chance if I have another hvac issue in the future. I had the issue diagnosed from a different hvac company and looking for quotes. They said to give a quote they would need to have their own guys diagnosis the issue and charge a diagnosis fee for it. I told them I cant be paying every company to do their own diagnosis or I would be paying $500 just to get 3 quotes to compare. The lady on the phone was very understanding and helpful and asked the service manager for a quote. I was quoted $2200 for a TXV replacement that is under warranty! The TXV is a screw on so no brazing. There was no leak so the coolant could be recovered and used again. So average filter drier is about $200, shipping of TXV is $50, even if some freon needed to be replaced maybe $100-$300. That would put labor cost of $1650 for a 4 hour job. That is over $400 an hour for labor. Absolutely ridiculous and absurd pricing. I received a quote from a smaller local company and they quoted $1089 with $300 refundable depending on if they need freon or not. My advice would be to stay far away from this price gouging company and call smaller more affordable companies that is willing to listen to you and price the job fairly. Shame on this company

  Has a leak in a hot water line and called Sutton Brothers for after hours service on a Saturday night. The technician - Jamie Acevedo - arrived sooner than he thought he’d be here and made the repairs quickly. Jamie is a very polite and professional young man who knew exactly what needed to be done as soon as he looked at the problem. Thank you Jamie and Sutton Brothers!

  Great experience with Sutton Brothers! They came out to check my air-conditioning and heating unit and did an excellent job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had. I definitely appreciate the great service and would highly recommend Sutton Brothers to anyone needing HVAC service!

  Sutton Brothers are always on time and very professional. They explain everything throughly on what needs to be done if there is an issue with the HVAC. Everyone that I’ve talked to when getting my appointments scheduled are very professional as well. I would recommend Sutton Brothers to anyone needed HVAC needs of any kind.

  We had a plumber(from Sutton Brothers) come out to look at our kitchen sink drain that goes into the basement sink and out into the septic system. The drain was clogged and very very slow draining. The plumber didn't even look at the pipe. He didn't try to snake it, or even pour anything in it. He simply said the pipe is collapsing and it has to be replaced. This pipe is under the concrete floor of my basement and we would have to break up the concrete. He then came up with an idea of putting a pump in and repiping the basement. These options were over $11,000. I asked if he could at least run a camera through the pipe to see what was going on. He said they don't make cameras that small. We told him we would get back to him. We then called another company. They came out a few hours later. The very first thing the plumber did, after us showing him the pipe, was go to his truck grab his camera and proceeded to look inside the pipe and loosen the clog with the camera. The pipe is now clear. We paid him over $100 to just stand there and talk and not try a single thing. We paid the other company $200 to unclog my drain.
