  The absolute worst business I have ever had the pleasure of wasting my money on. I paid for my fence in full on March 18th. I was told they would have the materials in 2-4 weeks and would schedule installation shortly thereafter. I waited about 6 weeks and they never contacted me once, so I reached out to them. They said they were still waiting on the materials. I guess I didn't need to know that. A couple weeks later, I reached back out to them to get an update. I was told that the decorative siding I had selected had been discontinued and I would need to either go with the plain style of that same color or select a different color. Sometimes it would take days to hear back from them. This is approximately 8-9 weeks in. My price was never adjusted to reflect going with a more plain and less popular vinyl. A couple weeks later, they told me the material was ready and they scheduled me for installation. A week or 2 later they contacted me and said the material had been delayed and it would be a few more weeks. I was finally scheduled for installation on July 6-7, after 15 weeks. Mind you, I was mostly the only one reaching out for updates during this entire process. July 6th came, and by lunchtime I had not heard from the company. I reached out to them and asked why no one was at my house installing my fence. They said they would be there on the 7th. The same thing happened on the 7th. I contacted them to let them know I would be reaching out to Lowe's, they're contractor, to see what my options were as obviously they were pushing me aside for other business seeing as they already had my money. Once I informed them of that, they said a crew would be out first thing the next morning. When I got off of work the next day they were working on the fence. I checked on them later in the evening and noticed they had skipped over 2 sections and one post coming up the lower side of my yard, but I didn't think anything of it because it had started raining while they were working. The next day a member of the crew called me at work and informed me that they had burst my gas line, and they would leave that area unfinished until someone from the propane company fixed it. That let me know that this was more than likely done the previous day when that section was skipped over, as the hole for the post was dug out on day 1, and they waited until the next day to notify me. I'm not sure why someone from office personnel or the owner didn't reach for something of this magnitude, but I reached out to the owner. He was very snobbish and acted as if his company wasn't responsible for repairing the gas line and the cost of the propane they let leak out over night before notifying me. His attitude was very unpleasant each time I spoke with him throughout this nightmare. If I could give zero stars, I would have. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I will come back for an update once everything is completed.

  I went to Lowe's and was connected with Privacy Fence Solutions to build a small fence around our little patio area at our new Kernersville townhouse. Ronnie was quick to put specs together that I could turn in for approval to build it, and when Lowe's didn't have a survey solution, Kristin at Privacy Fence made a surveyor recommendation. The fence is up and we couldn't be happier. Glad Lowe's had them as their contractor!

  I contracted Lowe’s for my fence installation in January because we installed a pool and needed the fence completed for compliance and final inspections. The process from start to finish was extremely frustrating and poorly coordinated. During the HOA approval process, one side of the fence was initially not approved, yet I was still charged. Once approval was finally obtained, it took nearly a month to determine who the correct point of contact was because Lowe’s and Privacy Fence Solutions could not seem to get on the same page. Privacy Fence Solutions eventually installed the fence on March 31. However, when I called the county for my final pool inspection on May 4, I learned the gate doors were not compliant with county requirements. I immediately reached out because I was confused how a fence company would install gates that did not meet compliance standards. For nearly a month, I was under the impression the issue would be corrected. I communicated with scheduling staff, followed up multiple times, and even sent detailed emails requesting help and clarification. No one provided clear answers. Eventually, after continued follow up, I was told I needed to go back through Lowe’s because Privacy Fence Solutions and Lowe’s no longer worked together. Meanwhile, I have been paying for a fence since January that is still not compliant and delayed my pool inspection process. The biggest issue was not just the installation problem itself, but the lack of communication, accountability, and coordination between the companies involved. I understand vendor relationships change, but customers should not be left in limbo trying to figure out who is responsible for fixing installation issues tied to warranty and compliance concerns.

  Great company ran by amazing people. Their customer service and craftsmanship are top notch. We are so happy with our fence they installed. I would highly recommend them for any project, big or small. Give them a call, you will be happy you did! They definitely go over and beyond for their customers. Thank y’all for everything!
