- RGROBYN GRAHAMMay 8, 20265.0We have a combo laundry room/powder room that suddenly needed a remodel when the pipes in the ceiling leaked. We were on a budget but also wanted to make it nice. I found Mainland Stoneworks and went to their shop to check out remnants. So cool to see the fabrication machines and so many remnants to choose from. And you pay for what you use, not an entire slab. Donald and Jessica were super nice and helpful. Installers did a great job. We are so happy with the result. Still some work to do in there but look at it!!ššš also they never once solicited a review from me which is why Iām leaving one. Thanks everyone at Mainland Stoneworks!!!
- WBWilliam Schwiegeraht (Bill)May 4, 20263.0Replacing kitchen counters and stopped in. Person showed a few samples and wrote a number on a piece of notebook paper. He promised a formal quote, but 3 weeks later - crickets. I reminded him by email/text a couple times, so if you can't get decent response before the sale, I can only imagine how bad it would be if there was an issue! Would not recommend! UPDATE - owner has contacted me personally to understand situation and has assured that changes have been implemented to avoid future issues. Modifying from a 1-star to 3 based on his personal follow-up.

From the selection, template, and installation the team worked with our timeline and ensured our success. Felt like a great partnership where they cared & were vested in our business success. I was impressed by the shop's capability and the professionalism of the installation team. The front office made doing business easy and we will be back.

Jeff was so helpful to explain and show us different options and the ladies in the office were great. The guy that came out to measure and the installers did an exceptional job. They were all on time and did fabulous work. I would definitely recommend Mainland Stoneworks to anyone looking for countertops.

The counters are beautiful and they were installed in just under 3 weeks. Now if I can just get the husband to get the back splash in as quickly I'll be happy.
