Jackson was great. He wasn’t the “money hungry” plumbers that can be out there. He was actually so helpful and we are so appreciative!

I noticed my hose bib was dripping, so I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and scheduled an appointment to replace it, and possibly our second one as well. Their technician, Nick, arrived the very same day. He examined the bib, watched it closely for a while, and then let me know that a replacement wasn't actually necessary because it was working fine. He explained the reason for the minor drip in detail (even if the technical explanation went a bit over my head!), wished me a nice day, and left. As an 82-year-old widow, I am unfortunately used to service technicians who see a single woman in a large home and immediately assume they can take advantage of the situation. This company is a beautiful exception. Nick could have easily sold me a replacement since I was already convinced I needed one, but he was completely honest and didn't even charge me for the visit. Nick's honesty and integrity earned them a customer for life. Highly recommended!

Woke up to boiling hot water when I was taking a shower. Went in my crawlspace and discovered that my hot water tank was leaking. I randomly called a few places and I got voicemail The third place I called was Benjamin Franklin plumbing Explain my situation, and I had a technician here within the hour! The Installer was extremely knowledgeable and very Professional. He had the whole job done within an hour or two. Everything was very neatly done, and I was quite satisfied with the work Yes, I would definitely use them again

I had a burst pipe upstairs with water pouring through the ceilings. I called BF Plumbing and Nick came immediately. He helped save a lot of my home. I have told everyone about this company. They are who they say they are!
