  For starters, this company's communication practices are second-to-none. That's from owner, Brandon Prewette; office manager, Krystle; and field supervisor, Chris. Likewise, every crew member was courteous and respectful of my client's property -- Franz, Dylan, David, and Austin. We had a fairly involved job, with a short deadline, that had to be final-approved by a structural engineer before closing day. Chris, especially, was great at keeping me updated and instilling confidence in a very calm, reassuring way. His knowledge was evident, as was everyone else's on the team. These people know what they're doing. When a challenge came up everyone put their heads together and got it worked out -- and on time. Sincere thanks to everyone involved!

  Brandon and his team are constant professionals. Coming from a Contractor background, it’s so refreshing to work with a team that puts their heart and soul and every job. They do what they say they’re going to do and the job gets done in a quality manner.

  Absolutely outstanding customer service. The entire team at BFS from John, Chris, Austin, Davis and Lewis were extremely professional, have strong work ethics, kept me informed with the job progress from initial inspection and cost estimate, through scheduling to project completion. Provided pre and post work updates. The technicians were very respectful of my property. The jobsite was cleaned, free of debris each day. Cost effective, time efficient, quality work and materials. BFS has my highest recommendations!!!

  We recently worked with Basement Foundation Solutions on a pier repair in our crawl space. The whole team was great start to finish! They were great communicators, did what they said they would when they said they would do it, got out to us quickly, and did the work around our tight schedule. All very hard qualities to find in a company these days. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Basement Foundation Solutions.

  We ran into a serious issue of water coming into the basement of the house we were renovating in Highpoint nc. We called basement and foundation solutions they came out and assessed the issues and fixed all of the problems and helped us keep our project on schedule. From the start the communication with the owner and his project manager was consistent and if there was an issue they called and let me know. I will be using them again on future projects and I highly recommend them.
