  7,000 dollars later my driveway is in worse condition than when I called originally. FAILED communication of what I wanted done with the survey guy and owner means the price change. The owner REFUSED to listen to what I actually wanted and THREATENED to take me to court. They literally took all the gravel from my driveway and left me with a muddy mess with a couple of rocks tossed in it as my re graveled driveway. Stay far away, amateurs would do a better job.

  Scheduled an estimate for driveway resurfacing/paving job. 2 days before the appointment they called to reschedule at a different date and time, which I accepted. The new appointment was midday during my normal working hours, but I accommodated the requested 11:30am appointment time. I left work early to meet them only for them to not even bother showing up or calling. I was suppose to have met with a "Mr. Troy Ball." A week later and still no follow up or apology. Poor business practice.

  I recently reached out to Tommy Parrett from AAA Paving in Kernersville, NC. He replied to my voice mail message within the same day, scheduled an appointment, and answered all my preliminary questions on the same phone call. The day of the job site inspection he reviewed the job and presented me with an estimate/proposal a few minutes later. The day that the Paving was to take place, Tommy showed up with plenty of labor and equipment to get the job completed on the same day. After the pavement was in place Tommy followed up with me and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before taking payment. AAA Paving was by far more professional than the other paving contractors I was considering. Thanks!
