  It is with great pleasure that we offer our review of NC Comfort, who gave us so much comfort after they fixed our Mini-Split problem. Before NC Comfort came out, two other HVAC companies called could not correctly diagnose the months-long problem, and after being paid, the problem persisted, which is discouraging at the very least. Fortunately, on our third attempt, we found and contacted NC Comfort, who sent Justin Hallock out, and by the way, the folks answering the phone were so friendly and helpful. Justin, wow, he was very professional, respectful, methodical, and patient in taking our questions, and he performed tests the two other companies didn’t. Justin’s knowledge of assessing the true problem was no less than that of an expert and a confidence builder for this customer, knowing he’s that good. NC Comfort, who employs Justin, is the HVAC professionals we all desire, and they are fair and reasonable. In our opinion, we highly recommend them, and it’s so good to know we finally found a company that really cares about building a long-term relationship with their customers.   Very happy with Justin Hallock. He was on time and had our systems problem diagnosed in minutes. Had our system up and running with in an hour. Very polite and very receptive to my questions. Gave us a good plan for moving forward for what could be costly repairs if left unchecked.
