  Best interior floor company I have ever worked with. When my old laminate flooring was removed there were lots of problems and I needed another company for repairs . Floors Galore kept in touch and waited patiently until my new subfloors were replaced. Floors Galore then came to install my new LVP and it is so beautiful. Vitor came to ensure the levelness and supplies needed then a crew of 2 showed up (unfortunately don’t have their names) and they installed my flooring flawlessly! It’s so perfect and beautiful. Lee and Autumn in the store are so nice to work with and I really appreciated their patience with my unexpected delay. Highly recommend this company for all your flooring needs. They are highly professional, take their time to ensure things are right, and the end result is a beautiful floor! TY Floors Galore!

  We had hardwood floors installed throughout the house with an inlay, as well as a porcelain herringbone bathroom tile. They worked all day over the weekend to help meet our crazy timeline. Can’t thank them enough. Great work, good customer service, good prices.

  New post: Floors galore really lost my trust and loyalty. 2 years ago I had them install my carpets and I had a few hiccups with them but recently, I spent almost $5,000 on my new floors. After my install, I noticed a lot of inconsistencies in the flooring. The installation supervisor reached out and told me he would personally come out and ensure the floors were leveled, this was not the case. The original installer came out and tried to hammer down some sections. He ended up replacing a few panels with an extra box of flooring I ordered in addition so it wasn’t truly a “warranty repair” I called again because a bunch of the corners were rises up and the same guy came out and tried hammering it down. He ended up telling me it was a “manufacture’s defect” I’ve been trying to reach out to Lee but it appears that communication again is the area of break down with minimal follow through. I’ve sent him multiple messages and have had no return correspondence. I had an original flooring installation planned with Watkins flooring and I regret not having them just install my floors. We own several homes in the Towne pointe community and are currently going through and upgrading from the contractors grade carpeting in the others so I’d say this is a foolish mistake on their part. Avoid them by all costs and keep shopping around. With over $10,000 invested and being a return customer, I’d expect something a little different from them but lesson learned. Old post: carpet install (5 stars) Floors Galore did a wonderful job with installing our carpets. Although the initial scheduling had a bit of a hiccup, Lee took care of making sure we were taken care of. It took about 5 days for our carpets to come in and they were installed only a few days after. The installers were fast and professional. There were a few minor damages that floors galore took care of. The communication throughout the install was very efficient. They also had the cheapest prices out of the quotes we received. Our floors feel like we are walking on clouds!!!! We love them
