Having shopped around before deciding on Floors Galore, I can say without a doubt that I made the right decision on my LVP installation. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was greeted with friendly, attentive service and walked thru all options to replace my bedroom carpeting. The installation crew was top notch and did a fantastic job. My new floors look great and I could not be happier with the outcome! I highly recommend Floors Galore.

Floors Galore did a great job removing the old carpet and installing new engineered hardwood to match the existing floor. We are happy to recommend them.

This is a great place to get your flooring. They're very knowledgeable about their products, and very easy to work with. They have an awesome selection as well! I will definitely be going back there!

If I could give Floors Galore a zero rating I would. If you are looking to get carpet or LVP, please be aware of this company not following their own contract agreement. I’ve had issues with the installation from day one and although they came out twice to try to fix the problem, the problem still remains, and other issues with installation. I have cut my foot along with tack strips that were not installed properly in my home and tripped over carpet and fell that has come up due to poor installation. I tried getting help to come to my home but the owner refused to send a manager out and said it wasn’t warranted. I’ve been battling this since the beginning of installation in May 2026. I called July 8, 2026 and no one ever returned my phone call and I had to call back a month later and was told that I can only speak with them through certified mail or email. I was told that they pulled the file and that someone would email me with a resolution. They are refusing to honor the installation warranty and are blaming the defects on me. All I wanted was for a manager to please come by and look at the issue so we could get it fixed and no one would help me. I would never use this company for anything or recommend them to anybody that I know. Very unprofessional company and management.
