  Decided recently to have our vents professionally cleaned. Called Comfort Heating & Cooling to come out. From the moment he arrived until the job was completed, the technician, Robbie, was so professional and courteous. I was very impressed with how thorough he was and the care he took in moving his machinery around the house. I cant say enough good things about my experience. I would highly recommend Comfort to anyone looking to have this service done. Robbie is definitely a gem!

  Building a custom home came with a lot of complexity, especially when it came to the HVAC design and installation. From a centralized filtration system to integrated dehumidifiers and a fully custom-engineered setup, this was far from a standard install — and the Comfort Heating & Cooling team exceeded expectations every step of the way. The owner, Logan Sosa, worked directly with me throughout the entire process and consistently went above & beyond to ensure everything was done right. Communication was excellent, attention to detail was top-notch, and they genuinely cared about delivering the best possible outcome for our home. The final system performs incredibly well, and you can tell the craftsmanship and planning behind it were done with experience and pride. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality HVAC partner, especially for large custom homes or more advanced system designs.

  Technician Rob is very professional and explain everything he does to make sure I have an understanding as to what is going on with my unit. Took care of all my problems and very efficient. I like his friendliness. Great customer service. The service contact I have with them is really great.

  I had a brand new unit installed by this company and it was a terrible experience. The unit was not installed properly which led to severe water damage to my home. The insurance company that they use is a nightmare to work with. Months and months of getting the runaround and the owner of the company not communicating with us at all. I was extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I used my warranty so many times to have them come out and service the unit because it wasn't working properly because it wasn't installed properly. On each visit, the technician would tell me another issue that occurred because of the initial installation and one employee even informed me that the lead technician on our install was fired after what he did to my house because it wasn't his first time messing up an installation so badly. This happened in the fall of 2023 and I STILL don't have all of my belongings back that were destroyed in the water damage. This is not necessarily due to anyone at Comfort but because of the contractors and insurance company that they use. Just a really negative experience all the way around.
