    I would highly recommend this location in this company anytime!!!! Pual John and Jonathan At Indian Trail are officially my heroes And the amount Of customer service I received during a time when my house had major damage and I needed some big machines they put my mind at ease, helped me figure out what I needed, and did it all with an unbelievable smile!!!!

    I’ve been having an account with Sunbelt Rental for many years, for my business, sometimes I need to rent Equipment, and I’ve been in many locations, But I’ma be honest, even that we mostly than I have a good experience, Today I wanna speak specific, About Sunbelt Rental in Indian Trail, Those men’s are amazing, I had the blessing to talk, and interacting, couple of times , With the three guys in the front, John, Jonathan, Paul, And all of them are very Professional, they always find a way to help Me as the customer, sometimes you go to a place and you have a good experience with only one of the guy at the front desk, it’s very difficult to find an entire good team in front desk, I believe this company sunbelt Rental, is so blessed of having a very excellent crew And especially the people of Indian Trail, Monroe, If you are looking to rent an equipment, And have a good experience as a customer,I want to recommend Not even 100%, they deserve more , I wanna recommend them 1000%This location, God bless you

    I have rented several items over the years from the Sunbelt Rentals location in Indian Trail, NC. I am in the cabling business and also do a lot of DIY projects at home and rental properties. They are my favorite place to rent from, not just for the convenience, though they are convenient for me. I rent all over the state but this location has a really great team. John, Jonathan, Paul up front all are courteous and try to help you save time and money by good suggestions on when you can rent to save a little, which is always appreciated. It isn’t the only reason though, Jeff. Who works on delivery and explaining each piece of equipment is really thorough and knowledgeable. I’ve had to call when we were running behind on a project, and I never am made to feel like I am causing any trouble for anyone. I like being treated as a valued customer, and that is missing in a lot of places these days, but not with these guys. They give great customer service, and they treat you like they would like to be treated, each time I go there. Great folks to do business with!! With the access to the interstate nearby, I will rent there just for the ease of doing business and can get anywhere around town quickly.

    I don't leave enough positive reviews when I have a superlative experience with a retailer. That said, I felt I needed to take the time to encapsulate a couple of experiences I've had with this location. The manager, in particular, James Wrenn provided impeccable service. I'm not a machine guy; but he took the time to provided pressure washer tutelage via telephone with the patience of Job. Hats off. He's an asset to Sunbelt. If you need equipment, this is your spot. Full stop.

    Rented an auger from Sunbelt Indian trail location. Got it to the jobsite, machine was not working properly. Took it back the next day. Instead of removing the equipment from my truck bed the tech decided to start it inside the bed, lost control of the machine and damaged the entire tailgate and bed causing over 4,000 dollars in damages. Sunbelt did pay for repairs but would not provide any reimbursement for additional vehicle coverage while mine is being repaired. They also did not compensate for my time needed to get two estimates and drive back to return equipment since we lost a whole days work. I will be taking my business across the street to United Rentals.

What do I need to rent a tool?

All you need is your driver’s license or a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card to pay for the rental upfront. No extra deposit is required. Increase your financial flexibility with our Commercial Credit account. Our online application can be completed anytime, from anywhere.

Is a deposit required for a reservation?

For customers without a line of credit, Sunbelt Rentals does not require a deposit to rent tools and equipment. However, you will be asked for payment information when you make your reservation. Your credit or debit card will not be charged for the rental period (one ((1)) day minimum) until you pick up the equipment. For Credit Customers, we will secure a deposit for your reservation. This deposit will be held within your account until the rental equipment is returned and the contract closed. Apply for a credit account here. If your project is quick and you only need the equipment for a few hours, Sunbelt Rentals does offer a Rapid Return rate. Return the equipment within four (4) hours of the pickup time and we will refund the difference of the Rapid Return rate. Rates will vary based on product.
