  Victor from Parks Heating was fantastic to work with. We noticed moisture coming through our ceiling and determined it was related to condensation from the AC unit in our attic. Victor and his team came out, quickly identified the problem, and resealed the area around the AC unit to stop the moisture from coming through. He even came back for a follow-up to make sure everything was working properly and the issue was fully resolved. Victor was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We really appreciated the great service and would absolutely recommend Victor and Parks Heating to anyone needing HVAC work!

  I had a fantastic experience working with Mark Watson. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient while explaining the issue with my HVAC system. He broke down all my options clearly so I could make the best decision without feeling rushed. Mark is a true professional—easy to work with, respectful, and mindful of my home (he even wore shoe covers the entire time!). I highly recommend Mark for any HVAC needs!

  Wonderful service! Had my AC go out, with 2 small children at home. Called Lennox, and they recommended Parks as a preferred dealer. Called, and had someone come out within 4 hours. Marlon was so kind and professional. Walked me through everything he was doing, and explained what it could be. Also very patient with my 3 yr olds endless questions, and a fussy hot 3 month old. Turns out it was an electrical issue, and he called and had an appointment set for 8am the next morning. Shane was the electrician that came out, and not only fixed the problem, was thoroughly checked the rest of the unit. I cannot say enough good things about Parks, and both services. I was so impressed that we ended up signing up for their Parks Club, so we can have them come out for our regular maintenance.

  DeWayne from Parks Plumbing came out today for a service call, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. DeWayne truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and that I was completely satisfied with the work. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to providing excellent customer service really stood out. It’s refreshing to have someone take such pride in their work and genuinely care about the customer’s experience.   Years of no communication, lack of caring and screw ups. They replaced my rental property’s HVAC system in 2021. It was expensive. At the end of the day, I assumed it was finished, but apparently there was an electrical problem so they needed to use an extension cord to power it. Would have been fine, but THEY NEVER TOLD ME. Six months later it didn’t pass inspection. And again, THEY NEVER TOLD ME. Last year, 2025 I scheduled what I thought was a maintenance check in April. It checked the heating only. In NC, where the heat is no longer being used. I thought they were going to check the AC and heating. Today, my appointment was between 9-12, I’m working in the yard, and they call at 10:15am to say I’m the next stop and they will call me 30 minutes before. I rush inside to shower, then I wait. And wait. After an hour, 12pm, I call them. Their answer was, you can go wherever you want, and they will call you 30 minutes before. So I cancel my plans because that is not really true. Guy comes out, he’s cool, he is thorough in his inspection and explanation of what he did, sounds great. I agree to further service the next day and he leaves. An hour later, the AC is not working. I get that mistakes happen. But EVERY time? I have had zero good experiences with them. I cannot tell you enough to find a different company.
