Joe figure out the best way to run the new outlets and make sure he cleaned up all his tools and equipment and debris afterwards. Whenever I need something done I always go to Parks Heating and air. All provided great knowledge for me to take away. Brandon found an electrical concern and took care of the issue while providing clear education for me to understand the severity of the issue. The issue we were living with put my family in a very dangerous situation regarding our safety. It was our first time working with the electrical side of Parks, and I couldn’t be more thankful.

He located and reset all electrical outlets and by this simple step solved half of our problems. I really appreciated his work, very professional and courteous.

I had them come out to check a dryer outlet after noticing black marks on the plug and a burning smell, and it turned out to be a loose wire in the receptacle causing arcing, which is a serious safety issue. They were able to come out the same day, which was impressive. Brandon showed up on time, communicated clearly, and got straight to work. He explained what was happening, showed me the issue, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was safe before leaving. The whole experience felt thorough and efficient. Having someone handle an electrical issue like this and earn my trust means a lot. It’s great knowing I now have a company I can rely on for HVAC and plumbing as well. Just felt like a team I can trust going forward and will definitely be working with them again.
