  I have been back and forth with multiple technicians, HVAC and Electrical at my house all day trying to fix my AC after a lightning strike. The electrical technician got the power back to the air handler about 4 pm. He called the office and rescheduled the HVAC tech to come back out because the zone control board appeared to be bad. We scheduled that service between 4 pm and 8pm so, HOPEFULLY, we would have AC tonight. I hear NOTHING for several hours and finally called about 7:30 pm. After the "round and round" with the AI agent, I finally spoke to a human who was very nice. She said she would have someone from the office call me. When I got that call, I was told that "We don't have enough technicians to come out tonight". First, why didn't I get a call earlier telling me that. Second, we have been working on this problem all day and you are quitting on me now. IF you have an emergency, DON'T CALL PARKS! Find someone else.

  Ezekiel and Austin did a phenomenal job on my plumbing project. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. Even though I wasn’t able to be there while the work was being completed, everything was done right, and I received excellent feedback about the quality of their workmanship. It’s refreshing to work with technicians who are courteous, efficient, and committed to doing the job the right way the first time. They represented Parks Plumbing exceptionally well. I highly recommend Parks Plumbing, and I especially want to recognize Ezekiel and Austin for the outstanding service they provided.

  Morris Jenkins & Chad Love customers pump your brakes & COME CHECK THESE GUYS OUT ASAP!!! My HVAC was 13yrs old & the patch work has added up to almost 7k in the last 6 years! Morris Jenkins was here 3 weeks ago & charged $800 to do repair only for the A/C to go out again with the exact same issue. We got 4 estimates to repair/replace our HVAC & PARKS was the ONLY company whose estimates included replacing ALL parts! Morris Jenkins provided an expensive partial replacement option with mismatch parts which they’ve said multiple times was the root of my current issues!? While PARKS was not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive option, Patrick was more thorough than every other technician who came out. Kyle & Brian super nice guys who professionally installed our completed system worked in temperatures reaching 100 degrees. Wyatt & Team - Thanks for your work over the last 2 days! We appreciate you all & look forward to continuing to do business with you in the future!

  I didn't get a receipt, or a work order, or what was recommended, or what was completed. Nothing! I did get a link that disappeared when I clicked on it. However I did get a link to provide this review of my experience with Alberto Sorto. My technician was pleasant enough and seemed to be knowledgeable, but I received no receipt, work order, recommendations and nothing in writing. This is disappointing to me to say the least! Why was it that I got nothing? I should have received some record of this service, recommendations for future service that might be needed, and at least a receipt of what was paid and what was done.

  Had them replace an HVAC unit for a small fortune. Signed a service contract. I then had an issue with a simple air purifier. The item was covered under manufacturer warranty, but they refused to allow me to get a new part without charging hundreds of dollars for a 15 minute job. Go with someone else for better prices and service. Edit: To be clear, Parks was unwilling to help me get a device replaced at $0 expense to the company. No labor was required. It’s telling that the company would rather lose a customer and tens of thousands of dollars in future business than make a policy concession to help that customer procure a warranty-covered item.
