  Joe and Tony at Ferguson plumbing, in Indian Trail, North Carolina, were awesome and very helpful. As soon as I walked in, they showed me around and helped me with all the needs to make my sink and faucet work. They even asked and recommended additional things that were very helpful!   One star, and I don't give those out lightly. I've been buying from this branch for about two years, and it has not gotten better. The constant problem is stock. Half the time you're told an item isn't in - and it is, sitting on a shelf in the back, just never put out. You have to ask, and then you get the eye-roll and the slow walk to the warehouse, like you're asking for a personal favor instead of buying parts. The bigger problem is the counter. They had one good guy who actually knew the business and treated people like customers. They let him go and put in a new hire who simply cannot do the job - he doesn't know the products, he doesn't know the trade, and every question turns into wasted time. The other one behind the counter is openly sour with everybody; he looks at contractors like they're beneath him. If he thinks that doesn't show, it does. I keep coming back only because it's the closest branch and sometimes there's no other option. If you have another Ferguson within driving distance, go there instead.
