  We had CGC install our Kinetico system a little over a year ago. Jay Hall was our sales representative. Everything went very well with the install except they couldn’t locate the line for the fridge. So, we weren’t able to get our RO to the fridge. And, just to be clear, the fridge was a built in SubZero. So, not easy to move if you don’t know how (which I didn’t and the plumber who was there didn’t). Fast forward to yesterday (6/30/26) and we had Johnethan out to connect the RO to our replacement fridge - since the 20+ yr old SubZero died. All went to plan, and the service was free because they weren’t able to do it when they installed our system over a year ago. That is service. Really, CGC could have easily charged us. I was expecting to pay. I already had a check written out to them. But, it turns out that some businesses actually value their customers. So, Thank you CGC. You made my day. And, I will remember this next time I need something done.

  I live in the city of Mooresville and the water here is disgusting so I had CGC Home Services come to my home today to install a whole house water filtration system to rid myself of the chlorine and other disgusting things that that comes via Mooresville city water from lake Norman. The men that came out were very nice and neat and did a fantastic job with the installation. My water already tastes and smells so much better and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has that same problem. Thanks to all at CGC Home Services. Great job!

  Johnethan of CGC came by to inspect our RO system today. He noticed an issue with hard water, which we shouldn’t have at all as we have a whole house system with salt water softener. He figured out immediately that the bypass was on and solved our issue for us. Thank you so much ! Definitely recommend this friendly efficient plumbing service. Did I mention they have great communication as well. Never leaving customers hanging.

  Michael was great, and extremely helpful in giving us a second opinion. Our former water service company came out for bi-annual check and tried to tell us our PH level was 6.8 and we had high nitrate levels, but Michael came out to test our water. He checked three times on the PH (7.5-7.6) and our nitrate levels were well under the EPA norms. So, instead of having to put a $7600 addition to our water system like our former company recommended, Michael and CGC just gained another customer. I like people who are honest with me and double or even triple check the water to make sure our water is within normal limits and that don't try to push an expensive system.kn us that we don't need. Scare tactics don't work on us and we'll always get a second opinion. Luckily, they service our current system, so we are happy to be a new addition to their service family!!

  Austin White at CGC Home Services did a Fantastic job at our home today. He cleaned and updated our entire Kinetico Water System. Clean, neat and thorough, exactly what I asked for!! Quite honestly, I have been skeptical about CDC in the past, But Austin redeemed my trust and support for their business, Great Job!
