  Our technician, Dominic, arrived on time and pleasantly went to work assessing our situation. Every question asked was answered in simple, layman's terms so I thoroughly understood exactly what he was doing. His degree of knowledge and professionalism; stellar. Will be calling Mister Sparky next time we need a trusted electrician.
