  James was able to fix the main problem I had called about and he was very professional in that regard. I did ask him to clean my filters because I have one wall unit that I cannot safely get to it is so high up. I was move things around in that room so as to set up step ladder for him to get to the unit. He told me he would get me a information about cleaning the unit but he said my house was dirty (I do have a lot of clutter which I was clearing so that he could get to the unit) and it would do no good to clean the unit because it would just get dirty again. I’m 75 years old and don’t feel safe climbing that high on a step ladder to get the filters to clean them. James very professionally gave me the cleaning quote and asked me if I went to church. I said no. Then he asked me if I was a believer. I said yes. He said that’s all that matters. I said yes again. I must say that I feel very humiliated and do not wish to have your company do any more service for me. I will be trying to find a less judgmental company to deal with. I appreciate your response to my review. I was moving and removing things in the area so that James could get to the high unit. Of course I stopped moving things when he let me know that the house was too dirty to clean the filter. I would have had it done before he arrived, he came earlier than expected. It was good he arrived earlier. I appreciate the generous gift card as well. I’m sorry James felt so uncomfortable in my home. I was rearranging and moving things as I have before when your staff has needed access to the units. I even had a tall step ladder to move into place for access. I’m sure James did his best to resolve the problem at hand.

  Today I had my first HVAC and AC maintenance visit conducted by Mr. James Schilling. He was on time, very professional, and kind throughout the entire visit. The AC and HVAC maintenance checks were conducted with an exceptional level of thoroughness. The explanations I received afterwards were communicated clearly with humility and professionalism. I really appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and recommendations!

  I had a great experience with Daniel. He was extremely professional, took the time to explain everything in detail, and made sure I fully understood the work being done. His knowledge and patience really stood out. On top of that, his customer service was outstanding friendly, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping. I truly appreciate the quality of his work and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services.

  Just had a plumbing checkup with Nathan and Levi from Ted’s and had an excellent experience - they were thorough and took the time to explain each step in the process small through options to improve the water quality of the house. Thank you both! UPDATE: Had an equally great experience with Omar for the HVAC tune-up - very personable, very thorough, and felt like he provided a detailed review of our HVAC system. Thank you, Omar!

  Let me tell you about Mr. Scarberry. He’s going to give you a quick background on himself. He’s going to detail what he’s about to do and he’s going to invite you to tag along with. Not so much an invite as it is much more like a request. He’s going to detail each step he does. If you, the customer, are tech savvy and speak a little of his language, you’ll easily follow along. Even if you don’t know, he’ll explain it in such a way as you’ll pick it right up. He can laugh at himself. When you forget to turn the water hose sprayer valve on and get yourself wet, you have to laugh. And we laughed it up. He uses the same brand of tools I use (Ryobi)and speaks of many expensive trips to Home Depot! He’s a baseball fan (Yankees) and so am I. We talked baseball, tools, goals and much more. And he still got the work done! He seemed a bit apprehensive in revealing the price of a replacement capacitor, but I was able to get it out of him! Just a good experience overall. I’m happy I found Ted’s and I’ll continue doing business with them. Thank you, Breck!
