  The plumber came and assessed the area under the sink that was leaking and gave 3 options to choose from. This was a plus. I chose removal of the garbage disposal unit. I hired an Handy Man, who came a week later, to fix the base of the sink which was damaged from the leaking, and he said there was a leak from the water supply line under the sink. I thought that was odd. All leaks should have been fixed, and why didn't the plumber see it? Wright Choice quickly responded, without charge, when I called them back. They ran the water a few times and said that they didn't see a leak and that I must monitor it.

  Daniel found the issue quickly, explained everything thoroughly, and Wright Choice was my RIGHT CHOICE. Daniel also shared the company is family-owned and everyone there gets along great and employees are treated really well! I am a big believer that morale is EVERYTHING in the workplace and it sounds like that is a genuine philosophy at Wright Choice Plumbing.

  I had a wonderful experience with Wright Choice Plumbing! Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and did an excellent job. I especially appreciated how they were very mindful of my landscaping while they worked. I would recommend them and will use them in the future!

  I had a water emergency with the main waterline coming from the street into the house having sprung a good sized leak therefore I had to find a plumber fast. Not knowing any plumbers offhand, I did a Google search and came up with Wright Plumbing, which had 5 stars and over 1000 reviews. I called them and I’m so glad that I did. Tucker and the gentleman with him were very courteous. They showed me the issue, and the fix that they installed. They allowed me to take pictures and explained everything as they went along. They proved to me how they earn that rating and they also stand behind all of their work for one year. I will use Wright Plumbing again for any plumbing issues and I will recommend them highly to anyone who ask.

  I used AI to give me recommendations on a good plumbing operation for my situation. It recommended Wright Choice based on five star reviews. I did not have a good experience with Wright Choice. It started off fine, but I was expecting someone to actually be coming to fix my leak. Instead, I got a “consultant” to just give me a quote. This was a simple leak of my shower drain. I had already cut the ceiling open and diagnosed the leak. I just needed to have someone remove the old drain and install a new one. I also asked for a quote on replacing two outside spigots and installing a recirculating pump. The “consultant” went to his car for about 20 minutes to work up a quote. When he came back in, he sat at our table to begin his presentation. I told him I felt like I was being sold a car. After hearing to quote, I probably could have bought a used car for that money! The simple drain repair was quoted at $993! 😳 With the other items, it was quoted around $3,600! When I questioned why it was so high, the “consultant” explained that they have to pay for offices, insurance, etc. “And besides”, he said, “I gave you a 10% senior discount.” He also repeatedly told me about all their 5 star reviews and that sometimes you have to pay more for quality. He mentioned that plumbers now get paid $200-400 an hour. The “consultant” obviously didn’t appreciate that I was questioning the cost so he called someone (his boss) and told him that I wasn’t happy and that he tried to explain to me why it was so high but I wasn’t understanding. I told him I didn’t appreciate that and he said he wasn’t trying to offend me. Well buddy, you certainly did offend! He told his boss that he thought they should just walk away from this job (and any future business with my two houses and the neighbors that respect my opinions on these types of things). At that, he got up and left. I returned to AI to report what happened. It obviously thought that whole interaction was very unprofessional and said it would take that into account for future recommendations. I asked for another recommendation and it gave me Five Stone Services. What a huge difference!! Somebody was there within 2 hours, all the interactions were amazing, the work was done well, and their prices were less than HALF of Wright Choice! I couldn’t be happier and now that the leak was fixed, they will be doing the other work for us also. AI says “I’ll move Wright Choice considerably down the list. Their online ratings may still be strong, but your experience provides important context those ratings don’t capture—particularly their pricing and how they responded when you questioned the $993 quote.”
