  The team of window world installers arrived and worked on the project for several hours, even though some brief rain. The head person let us know what was being done and even notified us that they would be back to finish the project the next day.

  We recently purchased windows from Window World to replace the sliding glass doors in the sunroom at our lake property, and we could not be more pleased! The window option they offer as a replacement for sliding glass doors is truly impressive. The top portion opens while the bottom remains solid glass, allowing us to maintain the beautiful views and natural light we love. They look absolutely fabulous! The installation process was seamless and professional from start to finish. We also purchased replacement windows for our primary home and have already noticed a difference—the house has stayed noticeably cooler during these hot summer days. Patty and the entire staff at Window World Catawba Valley have been wonderful to work with. Their customer service is exceptional, and they truly stand behind their products. One of our replacement windows arrived damaged, but it was replaced within just two weeks. We highly recommend Window World Catawba Valley for their excellent products, professional installation, and outstanding customer service!
