This young gentleman Zach came to my home was extremely patient. I changed my mind several times on style and color not once. Did he make me feel like he was agitated? Then, the next day by my surprise, the owner of the company came out with Zach to measure me for gutters, that says something. When the owner is coming and doesn't send an employee why he sits behind a desk? I would recommend this company to my mother. My grandmother, my children. So that says everything

Will the replacement windows be installed from the inside or outside?
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the outside. In some situations, it may be necessary to install from the inside. On the day of installation, your installation expert will assess your unique situation and explain the process that will best suit your home.
Do you install replacement windows year-round? If so, will I lose a lot of heat/cooling at the time of installation?
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed helps determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30-60 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?

What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as they arrive for your installation.
What do I do if there is a problem with the windows?
Most of the issues encountered by our customers are easily corrected and don't necessarily mean that there is a problem with your window. As a first step, we recommend you visit the Support page of our website for troubleshooting tips and advice on correcting common issues.
