  Chris was prompt, communicative and knowledgeable. I was able to get someone out the same day to quote me on a new unit and was able to get it installed within days. They performed excellent work and got our unit up and running quickly. Everyone with the company was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend to friends and family

  Clint and Victor both were very knowledgeable, helpful, and explained everything to me. Clint went “above and beyond” to make sure I understood my options and took care of replacing my hot water heaters and leaking pipes! I am very satisfied with their service work and highly recommend Roland Black Heating Cooling Plumbing & Generators.

  The crew that came out was very friendly and informative. And they were very responsive and were able to get our plumbing issue resolved within 4 days. The price seemed excessive and we will now have to spend around a thousand dollars on landscaping repairs. I would use them again in an emergency situation due to the responsiveness. The price and the subsequent repairs will cause us to look for other options in the future.

  Roland Black saved the day! I had an emergency HVAC replacement install within 24 hrs of making the call. I googled and called other companies before finding Roland Black, getting voicemail with no response, and getting AI, which was no help and very frustrating. Once I found Roland Black and saw their awesome reviews, I gave them a call and was relieved to actually get a REAL person to help!! From start to finish, Roland Black’s staff was very professional, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly, even cleaning up and hauling off old unit! They completed the install on Wednesday before my event on Saturday of 150 people! My guest stayed cool and very happy! I cannot say enough good things about this company and feel grateful to have found them. I am now set up on a maintenance schedule and even plan to use them for other services they offer as well. I have already recommended them to a friend and highly recommend them to others!! Thank you Roland Black for the dedication you show to your customers! It is so nice to know we still have REAL people in this world that care!!

  Roland Black was the right person for the job .He took care of the HVAC and educated me on maintenance to keep me efficient in the winter. After a hot summer this was the time to check my hoses, coolant and etc. He is a No pressure, Didn't talk over my head or try to upsell me. I would recommend him to everyone I know. You can't beat local and a company who respects your time. I wish I could give him 10 stars . Thank you!!!
