  I was picking up an order of some additional LVP for a house I'm building. My order was ready. The sales associate was very professional, efficient and friendly. The store is clean, bright and has a great display of their products.

  Ben and his team were awesome to work with. They helped us locate flooring that had been discontinued. Everyone at the Hickory store was friendly, helpful and professional.

  Ben and his team were great to work with. We had two different types of flooring needed and they help us pick items that look great in our home, cordinated pickup for one set and delivery for the other. They beat both timelines we were initially given and made the process very easy. Couldn't be happier with the service.
