- TMTracy MccombMar 28, 20251.0Have reached out twice and spoke to Frank and have not got a call back. It's a big project that we've talked about and no other place we wanted to work with but since we couldn't get a response back and was left in the dark with materials he was suppose to get to us. Mission failed.
- RNR NicholeJan 8, 20255.0I called to find a matching carpet for my apartment after accidentally bleaching a large spot in the bedroom and hoping to get my deposit back. They returned my call and confirmed they had worked on an apartment in the complex. I brought in my swatch, but the colors were slightly different. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely patient and kind. He gave me the small piece of carpet I needed, along with some extra for any mistakes. He even offered to send someone to fix the patch, which was incredibly thoughtful. I can't recommend this place enough—thanks to them, I got my full deposit back!

They left the work space clean and neat—everything back in place. Had one small issue after the work was complete and they came out the next day and fixed it right up! Will definitely use them again.
