  He worked with me when I had a hidden leak but his staff was horrible. They left my windows open on a 90+ degree day and didn’t tell me but left the ac on 73. They damaged a lot of baseboards and walls around the house. They also swept concrete dust from cutting out the tile flooring into my ac ducts. It took me about 30-40 hours to clean up the mess of dust everywhere. He did try to fix the baseboards and walls but when I commented on them smoking in my garage he told me it was my job to tell them to not. The problem was I didn’t know they were smoking in my garage until days later. It ruined a lot of the items moved into my home and has cost me a few thousand dollars to try to get rid of the smell which still is lingering. I wish I didn’t listen to my friends recommendation to use them. It was a costly mistake. The contractors doing the floors also took the extra boxes of flooring I bought and I had to get them returned. Thankfully they were on camera taking them. For right at $19k I’m highly disappointed and it’s most me more to fix the issues they created. I’m still trying to get the smoke smell out of the garage.

  Great group of folks to do business with. We tried some of the larger competitors first thinking we would save money but that wasn’t the case. We ran into high pressure sales and what felt like sleazy sale tactics. So we decided to give Haw River Floor a try. It was a much better sales experience. Top notch customer service and quality products. They worked with what was best for the customer not their pocket. Experiences like this are why I continue to use small business.

  We just had Haw River Flooring install luxury vinyl plank flooring in our den and kitchen. We could not be more pleased with the office staff or installers (Brent and Darrell did an excellent job installing it). They were all very professional, but also patient with all our questions (making a decision of which type or color is hard). It looks beautiful and we highly recommended them for your flooring jobs.   First, Mike matched my existing hardwood with the new hardwood perfectly. Brent and Darrell exceeded my expectations in the install. They were kind, courteous, quiet, accommodating, neat, and true craftsmen. They took the time necessary to do the job right. I could not be any happier with the work Haw River Flooring did in my bedroom. This was a perfect job. I will use only Haw River for any other flooring needs.
